Charter Sales Associate
The Charter Sales person will be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and their community through communications, programs, and other activities as well as issuing quotes to clients, communicating with clients, and articulating the company’s capabilities to clients. Work successfully as a team member to collaborate with business development, marketing, and advertising to ensure a successful launch campaign. Act as liaison for internal & external communications with managing relationships of assigned accounts and potential new accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Quoting transportation costs to current & potential clients in a timely fashion
· Follow up on sale leads
· Gathering details and itineraries from clients to be updated from our dispatcher
· Communicating with clients through various communication systems – via email, text, phone, etc.
· On Site & Special Events Participation expected
Qualifications
Previous charter bus sales experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to complete work accurately within given deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point). Willingness to learn new software programs as needed in a timely manner.
Possess high degree of confidentiality and be trustworthy
Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and quickly within time frames allowed
- Excellent map reading and navigation skills
- Ability to work with others and accomplish goals in a team environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Motorcoach Operator/Driver
We are currently accepting applications for Full Time and Part Time positions.
As a Western Motorcoach Operator you will provide our passengers with safe, professional, courtesy service to their destinations, whether it is local or across the country. Motorcoach Operators are responsible for pre- and post -trip inspections, driving and maneuvering motorcoaches through traffic and tight places in a safe manner without incident, assisting passengers and their luggage, work with a tour guide and itinerary, maintain accurate vehicle inspections and accurately report driver hours and miles driven on paper and in the on-board electronic device.
Qualifications
As a condition of employment all applicants will be required to submit to background checks in additional to DOT and other background verification processes.
- Must be a minimum of 25 years of age
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
Possess exceptional customer service skills and ability to act in a courteous and professional manner at all times, regardless of the circumstances
Hold a valid Class A or B, Commercial Drivers License and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
A satisfactory driving record that demonstrates a commitment to safety with no more than 2 moving violations and no accidents within the previous three years and no suspensions, disqualifications, or revocations
Minimum of two years, verifiable experience operating commercial or large vehicles or verified completion of a qualified, comprehensive driver training program
Must be able to pass required DOT physical, drug and alcohol tests, and back screen

Ability to travel, have a flexible schedule, and work weekends
Mechanic
We are currently looking for an experienced mechanical technician for a Full Time and Regular Part Time positions.
Qualifications

- Ability to work with electrical diagrams and diagnostics
- HVAC training and experience
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Some diesel or large equipment experience
