Step 1 – Discuss the details of your trip with a Western Motorcoach sales team member.
Our friendly, knowledgeable sale team will assist you with your transportation needs and arrangements. From selecting the right bus to assisting you with the best routing and times, the Western Motorcoach sale team will ensure that the reservation is matched to your group size, wishes and desires, and budget.
Step 2 – Confirming your reservation
Your Western Motorcoach advisor will send you a confirmation to secure the transportation for your trip. Upon signing and returning the confirmation along with your deposit, you can sit back and relax knowing that the transportation for your trip is secured. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your trip and fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your departure.
Step 3 – Finalize Your Trip.
Roughly two weeks prior to your departure date, your Western Motorcoach sales team member will contact you to review your trip and finalize the details of your transportation. Your trip itinerary will be reviewed by our operations team and passed along to the driver so they can be prepared on the day of your trip. Final payment for your trip is due two weeks prior to departure.
Step 4: Day of Trip
Your professional Western Motorcoach drive will arrive at the destination pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and review the day’s itinerary with you. Throughout the trip, your driver will work with you to make sure each part of the trip is safe and enjoyable. Sit back and relax while we do the driving. Should any issues arise while on the road, a Western Motorcoach manage on call is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist.
Step 5: Love to hear your feedback
After your trip, you will receive a follow up from your Western Motorcoach sale team member, with the opportunity to provide comments and input about your experience that is shared with the entire team so we can continually improve our services.
